BOOKING TERMS

1) Bookings are valid only on the basis of a deposit of at least 25% of the total amount.

The deposit must arrive within 15 days from the booking date.

2) The deposit will be returned only if the booking is cancelled in writing 30 days before the arrival date. A cancellation fee of € 10.00 will, however, be charged.

3) The booked staying must be paid on whole at the arrival. Terms of payment: cash, credit cards (Visa and Master Card) and ATM Pago. We do not accept cheques.

4) In case of a late arrival or a beforehand leaving, the booked but not enjoyed staying will be paid anyhow by our guest.

5) The management can change the booked unit number without notice.

6) The lodgings are available after 4 p.m. of the arrival day and should be left by latest 10 a.m. of the departure day.

7) In case of late arrival, the booking will remain valid unil 1.00 p.m. of the following day. After that time the Management may utilize the booked accommodation without reimbursing the deposit. Guests are however kindly requested to notify the Management in writing of any delays in arrival. 

8) Final cleaning has to be carried out by the client or costs € 40,00.

9) Our prices include people, warm water, electricity, gas, toilette/WC, shower, kitchen stove, fridge, kitchen equipment, tables, chairs, blankets and car park. Linen is not included.
10) Prices do not include holiday tax. € 0,30 per day per person must be paid extra.

11) For each person exceeding the maximum limit it must be paid € 5.00/night.

12) Small/medium sized dogs €5.00/day (from 02.06 to 02.09.2012). It is obligatory to notify the presence of domestic animals by booking.
